CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least a 48 hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a fee equal to 35% of the service cost. No-show appointments will be charged a fee of 35% of the service cost. Deposits will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting my time and commitment.
